David Roemer is a partner in the firm’s New York City office with more than 20 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. He has extensive experience handling high-exposure, catastrophic injury cases arising from construction accidents (New York Labor Law claims), commercial automobile incidents, and premises liability matters. In addition, he has defended clients in products liability and medical malpractice cases.

David has successfully tried numerous cases in Kings County, Bronx County, and New York County, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy and strategic litigation skills.

He is committed to providing clients with timely, accurate assessments of risk and exposure, enabling efficient, cost-effective case resolutions.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to joining the firm, David worked as outside panel counsel and staff counsel for several major global insurance companies.
