Dani is a partner in the New Jersey office at Brooks & Berne. she serves as a civil trial attorney focusing on insurance defense work. She has represented commercial and personal line insurers and their respective insureds in state court as well as through various methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Most of her cases concern automobile liability defense, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and premises liability. Dani has handled a countless number of trials successfully from case inception to verdict throughout the state of New Jersey. She is most comfortable in a courtroom fiercely advocating for her clients.

 

Earlier in her career, Dani was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Bradey J. Ferencz of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. She was also a trial lawyer for two nationally renowned insurance carriers prior to joining Brooks & Berne.

 

Dani earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts at The Ohio State University, where she was a Division 1 athlete. Dani is currently a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
