Daniella Folja is an associate in the New Jersey office of Brooks & Berne where she focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of personal injury matters arising from motor vehicle accidents. She represents insurers and their insureds in bodily injury, property damage, and subrogation cases throughout New Jersey.

 

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne she served as staff counsel representing clients in both bench and jury trials and handling matters in Special Civil and Small Claims courts across multiple counties. Her litigation experience spans all phases, including depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.

 

She earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her undergraduate degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University. She is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New Jersey.
