
Enalia Edafe
Junior Associate
Enaila Edafe earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she concentrated in Intellectual Property Law, and holds a B.A. in Legal Studies, with a minor in Sociology, from the University at Buffalo. Enaila represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and other civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Enaila served as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, where she researched and analyzed complex legal issues and drafted opinions, orders, and other judicial documents. During her clerkship, she gained substantial experience in motion practice, including summary judgment motions, applications for post-judgment relief, motions to amend pleadings, and matters involving insurance coverage and liability.
Enaila also has experience handling personal injury protection (PIP) matters and conducting legal research involving automobile insurance coverage and liability issues. Her experience includes analyzing insurance policies, researching statutory and case law, and assisting with the litigation of claims involving automobile accidents and insurance coverage.
