Tony Li’s practice focuses on the defense of claims related to New York Labor Law, insurance defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Tony Li represented insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals at a New York City based defense firm.  Prior to that, he also worked in the office of Special Assistant Corporation Counsel commencing affirmative litigation on behalf of the City of New York.

Tony Li earned his JD from Albany Law School where he also received a Government Law Center Award.  He holds a BA from SUNY Binghamton where he made Dean’s List in Fall of 2003.
