Elaine Seymour is an experienced civil trial attorney that has been practicing in civil litigation since 1995.   She began her legal career in Florida, practicing in both Federal and State Courts throughout the state. Elaine obtained her license to practice law in Georgia in 2016.

Elaine has worked in all types of civil litigation, including but not limited to employment discrimination, breach of contract, product liability, fire loss, all types of personal injury including slip/trip and falls, car accidents, premises liability and catastrophic cases involving multiple parties.
