Claire Li earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and holds a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from Columbia University. Claire represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters, with a focus on defending claims involving automobile liability, premises liability, transportation matters, and personal injury litigation.

 

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Claire gained experience as a law clerk with a leading insurance company, where she assisted with litigation and regulatory matters. She also served as a judicial intern at the Appellate Court of Maryland, supporting the court in legal research and drafting. During law school, Claire served as an editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, where she gained valuable experience in legal research, writing, and negotiation.
