Lawrence C. Glynn earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. Mr. Glynn represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice currently focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, transportation matters, premises liability and personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Mr. Glynn was the managing member of his own firm. In his capacity as managing member, Mr. Glynn acted as trial counsel in numerous matters involving international admiralty and transportation law, as well as commercial litigation, personal injury, labor law, employment/workplace harassment and discrimination, insurance coverage, domestic relations, commercial and residential real estate litigation and foreclosure actions. Mr. Glynn has litigated cases throughout the New York City Metropolitan Region, New Jersey, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Glynn is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, eleven United States District Courts, as well as the Second, Third and Seventh United States Courts of Appeal, and is an Associate Member of the Maritime Lawyers Association since 2004.
