Vanessa M. Luaces represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, transportation matters, premises liability and personal injury litigation.

 

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Ms. Luaces served as in-house counsel at a large international insurance company. Her practice centered on defending individuals and corporations in transportation litigation. She also served as in-house counsel at an insurance company where her focus was on trucking and commercial liability. Additionally, she was previously an Associate at a private insurance defense firm where her practice focused on automobile liability, premises liability, labor law liability, personal injury litigation and construction defect matters.

 

Ms. Luaces earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York.
