Jared Schiavone earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Law & Justice Advocacy, from the University of Tampa. Jared represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice includes legal research and writing, drafting pleadings and discovery, transactional matters, and advising clients on a variety of legal issues.

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Jared served as an Associate Attorney with a South Jersey law firm, where he represented clients in matters involving landlord-tenant law, municipal land use, transactions, and general civil litigation. His practice included drafting complaints in the Law Division and Special Civil Part, preparing discovery and settlement agreements, conducting legal research, and drafting estate planning and business formation documents, including wills, operating agreements, guardianship amendment applications, and service agreements.

Jared previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Dean R. Marcolongo, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage 1. During his clerkship, he gained extensive experience with the Law Division, Special Civil Part, Small Claims, and Landlord-Tenant dockets. He conducted legal research, drafted memoranda of decision, and assisted in mediating Special Civil Part, Small Claims, and Landlord-Tenant matters.
