BIOGRAPHY

Jason Scheets earned his JD from Rutgers University School of Law and holds a degree in biology from Drew University. Jason represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury litigation.

Jason also has experience with medical device startups and FDA regulatory compliance. Prior to entering the field of law, Jason worked on FDA clinical trials and New Drug Application submissions.

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Jason spent over a decade as a litigator handling cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  His practice included defending individuals and corporations in general liability, products liability, pharmacist liability, premises liability and complex litigation.  He also has prior experience in Estate Planning.
