Eric H. Bennett earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law School and holds a degree in Political Science/Pre-Law from Saint Augustine’s College.

Eric represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, transportation matters, premises liability, and personal injury litigation.
Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Eric was Senior Managing Attorney for a national insurance company. His practice centered on defending individuals and corporations in transportation litigation and general liability matters.

Eric also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of pharmaceutical and commercial litigation. As an associate and then Counsel at the New Jersey office of an international firm, he represented national pharmacies and businesses in malpractice and commercial litigation.
Eric has a proven track record of successful litigation defense, and was previously Certified as a Civil Litigation Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey.

In addition to his extensive litigation and management experience, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, traveling the world, and the best sports team on earth, the New York Yankees.
