Christie Lee earned her JD from New York University School of Law, where she served on the Review of Law and Social Change, and holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and English from Northeastern University. 

 

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Ms. Lee gained experience in litigation and advocacy across both the private and public sectors. She drafted dispositive motions and supported depositions and negotiations in complex liability matters, conducted extensive factual and legal research on evidentiary issues in federal and state courts, and analyzed settlement strategies in federal civil rights disputes. Ms. Lee also worked in the Health Care Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where she assisted in misrepresentation investigations, revised expert affidavits, and evaluated potential claims on various regulatory matters.
