Mr. Rumph handles a diverse caseload of litigation matters involving the New York Labor Law, premises liability, and transportation liability. Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, PLLC, Mr. Rumph practiced at a New York City based insurance defense firm where he also litigated cybersecurity matters.

Mr. Rumph played Division I soccer at the University of Connecticut and Northeastern University before graduating with a B.A. in History from St. Joseph’s College on Long Island, New York. While earning his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Mr. Rumph served as a Senior Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, Vol. 49.
